Build a premium K-Beauty store for the UK market with no existing storefront or digital system.
Connect store architecture, product setup, Shopify development, operations and content into one build.
1 fully functional Shopify store built across 5 stages, from zero to launch.
Project Overview
Skinza came to me with a clear vision: build a premium K-Beauty store for the UK market. I turned that vision into a fully functional Shopify store, built from zero.
No redesign, no template handoff — every stage, from store structure to content, was set up with purpose.
No inherited store, no legacy design system and no previous customer journey to refine.
The Starting Point
Skinza was not a redesign. The digital brand, store structure and shopping experience had to be established from the ground up.
That meant structuring collections and navigation, setting up every product with detailed information, pricing and variants, and building the complete storefront as one connected system.
Instead of comparing “before and after,” the real transformation was idea to launch-ready eCommerce experience.
Verified Project Scope
Only verifiable project scope is shown—no invented revenue, traffic or conversion claims.
The Challenge
A premium K-Beauty brand needs a store experience that matches the quality of the products themselves. The store had to build trust from the very first visit.
Skinza needed structured collections, complete product information and a content system to support discovery—all built without an existing digital foundation to work from.
The Solution
I built Skinza from the ground up — not just the design, but the entire eCommerce foundation.
Every detail was set up with purpose, moving through five connected stages from architecture to launch-ready content.
The objective was bigger than launching a store: create a complete digital storefront the brand could build on as it grows.
What This Means for Your Business
When structure, product content and discovery connect, the store becomes easier to shop and ready to scale.
Smart filters and clean product cards help customers sort, compare and find the right product with less searching.
Complete product details, reviews, live stock status and secure checkout reassurance make decisions feel clearer.
The Glow Guide blog answers real customer questions, building trust and topical relevance beyond product pages.
A structured, multi-brand catalogue foundation can support new products and categories as the business grows.

Homepage Experience
The homepage immediately communicates Skinza's premium K-Beauty positioning.
Bold imagery and focused messaging establish the brand, while clear paths guide visitors to collections, best sellers and the Glow Guide.
The homepage builds trust and guides visitors toward meaningful next actions.

Collection Experience
I designed the collection pages to make finding the right product simple, intuitive and enjoyable.
Smart filters by price, brand, product type and availability help customers narrow down quickly, with clean product cards showing pricing, reviews and sale badges.
Clear filtering and layout reduce searching and move visitors toward products they'll actually buy.

Product Page Experience
Product pages give customers everything they need to buy with confidence.
Clear product details, ingredients and usage information sit alongside reviews, live view counts and stock status to build urgency and trust.
A focused product experience supports informed buying decisions while preserving the premium identity.

Content & Discovery
Long-term eCommerce trust requires more than product pages.
I created the Glow Guide blog to answer real skincare questions relevant to the UK market — from hard water routines to layering K-Beauty products correctly.
The content system supports education, product discovery and future organic visibility.
